Over 125 employees were formally acknowledged for achieving 20 years long service. In previous years Veolia has celebrated and rewarded its employees with 25, 30-plus and 40-plus years of service.
Staff from Veolia’s contracts with the local authorities of Brent, Haringey, Lambeth, Tower Hamlets and Westminster were present at the event held at the Royal Horticultural Halls Conference Centre in Victoria, where they were each presented with a commemorative trophy and a signed letter of thanks from Veolia’s Regional Director Municipal Services – London, Pascal Hauret.
Speaking at the event, Pascal Hauret said: “It is a great privilege to be able to reward you all for your efforts and dedication over such a long time. To be out there every day, come rain or shine, with the standard of performance you continually maintain is a great credit to you all.”
