Robert studied Law at Pembroke College, Oxford and trained as a solicitor in the City of London. Specialising in projects and corporate law, he joined Veolia Environmental Services as General Counsel. He subsequently worked with Veolia Transport in Paris as International Projects and Legal Director.
Robert has been involved in a large number of projects in healthcare, education, publishing and transport and of course waste management.
In April 2011 Robert rejoined Veolia Environmental Services (UK) plc as Executive Director, in charge of business development, projects and external corporate affairs. Robert firmly believes that the key to a successful sustainable agenda is the provision of a proper infrastructure, providing viable and reliable treatment, recovery and recycling. He is also strongly committed to the training and development of all staff.
