Investing in a diverse workforce

We support diversity in our workforce through courses on offer at Campus Veolia.   ‘Diversity at Work’ is aimed at managing the legal aspects of prejudice and discrimination in the form of equal opportunities (e.g. racism, sexism, bullying, harassment, and victimisation) and ‘Dignity at Work’ encourages and educates staff to respect the beliefs and values of others.  Management schemes also incorporate Diversity 1 and Diversity 2 training programmes.
