Staff Council
In addition to our work with trade unions, our employees are represented internally by Staff Council members, who report on topics such as business performance overviews or proposed changes to the organisation. Council members are consulted on matters which directly affect all employees, such as a Drugs and Alcohol Policy.
Intranet
The simplest way for many of our staff to talk is through our lively intranet. Engage, our online community offers clubs, forums and blogs for our team to give feedback on what is going on in our company, and work with other staff across our diverse business.
Eureka!
The Eureka project is a way for staff to suggest improvements to the business and have their ideas properly considered. Winning ideas receive prizes and recognition throughout the company.

With a magazine dedicated to business developments and staff exploits and a daily digest of news and key issues within the industry available, we make sure all employees are kept up to date with both the business and social side of working for Veolia.
