Estelle Brachlianoff has been appointed as CEO of Veolia Environmental Services (UK), the market leader in the recycling and waste management sector.
She succeeds Jean-Dominique Mallet who will become Senior Vice-President of Veolia Environmental Services based in Paris.
Commenting on her appointment, Estelle Brachlianoff, CEO of Veolia Environmental Services (UK) said: “The waste sector is facing challenging times but I believe with our resources and commitment to innovation we are best placed to help local authorities and businesses meet their sustainability and performance targets.”
After joining the Veolia Environnement group in 2005 as Special Advisor to the CEO of Waste Management, Estelle became Managing Director of Cleaning Services. Prior to her current position, she was in charge of Waste Management in the Greater Paris area.
Estelle started her career heading a team managing major infrastructure projects and constructing highways and tramways within the Val D’Oise region of Greater Paris. She was then appointed as Advisor to the regional government in Greater Paris responsible for transport and development.
