Under the contract we operate as Birmingham’s strategic partner dealing with waste arisings, maximising recycling and operating an Energy Recovery Facility in Tyseley.
We aim to assist Birmingham to maintain its top performance in terms of landfill avoidance and to provide the infrastructure and services necessary to exceed the recycling target of 35% by the year 2011/12.
