The partnership between Hampshire County Council, the 13 Local and Unitary Authorities and Veolia Environmental Services is known as Project Integra and has the highest landfill diversion rate in the UK.
Under the contract, we have completed the construction of new infrastructure and exceeded our original targets.
This has involved the successful development and operation of two Materials Recovery Facilities, three Composting sites, three Energy Recovery Facilities and a number of other sites has been crucial. In addition to this, we also operate collection contracts in several of the local authority areas.
