Special arrangements are made for the collection teams to collect your bin and blue box from the place it is stored outside your property for collection and return it after it has been emptied.

We will send you a simple form to fill in. If you foresee any difficulties in completing this form, please inform the call centre agent at the time of your call, so alternative arrangements can be made.

Whichever option you choose to apply you will be informed of our decision by letter. If you have qualified you will receive a full assisted collection service five days after receipt of your confirmation letter.
