Veolia ES Hampshire Limited
In 1995 Veolia Environmental Services won a 28-year integrated waste management contract with Hampshire County Council.
This was in partnership with all 14 County, Local and Unitary Authorities
in the County, known as Project Integra. In recognition of their achievements in reaching a sustainable waste management programme, the Authorities were awarded Beacon Status in 2000. The infrastructure developed leads the field in integrated waste management, and incorporates state-of-the-art Energy Recovery, Materials Recovery and Composting Facilities. Today, all of the infrastructure is operational, we have met and exceeded our original targets, and have received many awards.
