The collection days for refuse and recycling have not changed following the transition into the new contract.
We are currently going through a thorough data cleansing exercise to ensure the information in our bin collection search facility is correct by property. This is affecting estates and blocks of flats more so than low-rise properties.
Please bear with us during this period and we hope to be fully functional as soon as possible.
