We provide a full range of refuse collection services to all residents and some commercial properties in the City of Westminster, from twice weekly doorstep and kerbside collections to more regular emptying of the public bins found on the streets.

We have a target for the maximum number of missed bin collections for every 100,000 collections that are made. For 2007/2008, that figure stands at xxx.
