Our five-year contract with Lambeth Council, separate to the seven-year waste equivalent, sees us provide a home-to-school bus service to children at 11 special schools across the borough.
We employ fully-trained, highly-professional drivers and escorts, all of whom are fully checked and approved by the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB).
In late 2007 we introduced a brand new fleet of 30 visually-striking sensory buses, each equipped with air conditioning and many features to provide safe and appropriate travel for each child’s special needs.
Curricular Bus Service
In addition to the transport service we provide to take children to and from special schools, our buses are also available to hire for curricular transport outside of the core period, between 9.30am – 2.30pm.
This service is available to all schools in Lambeth and also to organisations such as youth groups and play centres.
We can also offer this service outside of school times, such as during evenings, weekends or school holiday periods, for any field trips you are organising, be it a day out to the seaside or an evening at the theatre.
With our dedicated team of CRB-approved staff, who are all trained to a minimum standard of NVQ Level 2, we can provide additional escorts if required.
