Veolia Environmental Services operates a £14 million Materials Recovery Facility in Forest Town.

We operate 14 Household Waste Recycling Centres in Nottinghamshire.

We run a community fund in Nottinghamshire called the EnviroGrant scheme.

We provide a range of facilities that will help us to increase recycling.

11 January 2012 New Waste Transfer Station plans given the go ahead in Worksop

Planning has been granted for Veolia Environmental Services to build a new Waste Transfer Station (WTS) on Shireoaks Industrial Estate near Worksop.
05 January 2012 Recycle your Christmas tree and raise money for charity

Throughout January, Veolia Environmental Services (Nottinghamshire County Council’s waste contractors) are encouraging residents to recycle their Christmas tree by taking it to one of the 14 Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) across the county. The trees are then either chipped to make paths in parks and gardens or shredded for composting.

This Christmas, Veolia Environmental Services (Nottinghamshire County Council’s waste management contractor) is encouraging Notts residents to have a ‘green’ Christmas by reducing, re-using and recycling as much of their festive waste as possible!
