  • 21 October 2014 Winter opening times at Nottinghamshire’s Recycling Centres
    The nights are drawing in which means the Recycling Centres in Nottinghamshire will soon have shorter opening hours. From Friday 1st November the 13 Recycling Centres across the County will open at 8am as usual but will close at 4pm.

    As families get ready for the Autumn half term, Veolia (Nottinghamshire County Council’s waste management contractor) are encouraging residents to Love Food and Hate Waste. The average family wastes £700 of food every year, so this half term why not start with autumn vegetables and the seasonal favourite the pumpkin!
