 Sichuan Earthquake Disaster Appeal
25 June 2008
On Friday 27 June Veolia Environmental Services South Downs will launch an appeal for funds to help those affected in the earthquake hit region of Sichuan, China.

Although teams of volunteers from relief agencies and charitable organisations are making a monumental effort to help the people of Sichuan Province, even after six weeks the devastating effect of this disaster does not diminish. Financial assistance is badly needed and residents of East Sussex and Brighton & Hove can help by making donations at their local household waste recycling sites.
